Services
Our massage therapy services offer individualized, evidence-informed care designed to support physical comfort, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. Some of our services are available both in-clinic and in the comfort of your home. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the client’s health status, goals, and personal preferences, and is delivered with professionalism, compassion, and respect—supporting healing, relaxation, and comfort at every stage of life.
Orthopedic Massage
Orthopedic Massage Therapy is a targeted, evidence-informed approach designed to assess and address structural imbalances, acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, and dysfunctional movement patterns. Treatment protocols are tailored to support tissue repair, optimize alignment, and enhance functional recovery, with particular emphasis on improving post-surgical healing timelines and clinical outcomes. This modality integrates precise manual techniques to reduce pain, restore mobility, and promote long-term musculoskeletal health.
Craniosacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a subtle, hands-on approach that works with the CranioSacral System—a whole-person network that reflects the interplay of structure, rhythm, and energy within the body. Through light, attentive touch, practitioners help identify and ease restrictions within this system, supporting healthier function of the central nervous system and its relationship to other body systems, including the digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, and circulatory systems. CST may also support individuals experiencing the physical aspects of stress-related and somatic conditions such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
MLD - Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, specialized massage technique designed to support the body’s lymphatic system. Using light, rhythmic movements, Manual Lymphatic Drainage encourages the natural flow of lymphatic fluid, helping to reduce swelling, ease discomfort, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
This therapy is commonly indicated for individuals experiencing post-surgical swelling, lymphedema, edema, and inflammation, and is often used as supportive care for those undergoing or recovering from oncology treatments. MLD may also be beneficial for scar tissue management, compromised immune function, and fluid retention related to injury or chronic conditions.
Each session is carefully tailored to the individual’s needs and medical considerations, and is provided in a calm, respectful environment focused on comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Jin Shin Jyutsu
A gentle, noninvasive therapeutic practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and promote well-being. Using light, sustained touch on specific areas of the body—often referred to as energy pathways—this modality helps release blockages that may contribute to physical discomfort, emotional stress, and fatigue.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is commonly used to support stress and anxiety reduction, pain management, emotional balance, sleep difficulties, and chronic conditions, and is often incorporated as supportive care during illness, oncology treatment, recovery, and end-of-life care. It may also be helpful for headaches, digestive discomfort, and overall nervous system regulation.
While Jin Shin Jyutsu is sometimes compared to acupressure, it differs in approach and experience. Acupressure typically applies focused pressure to specific points, whereas Jin Shin Jyutsu uses gentle, still touch and a meditative pace, making it especially suitable for individuals who are sensitive, medically fragile, or seeking a deeply calming and restorative experience. Sessions are performed fully clothed in a quiet, nurturing environment, honoring the body’s innate wisdom and capacity for healing.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and promote relaxation. Originating in Japan in the early 20th century, Reiki is based on the principle that subtle energy flows through and around the body, influencing overall well-being. When this energy is disrupted, individuals may experience increased stress or discomfort. Reiki aims to help rebalance this system in a calm, non-invasive manner.
During a Reiki session, you will remain fully clothed and rest comfortably on a treatment table. The practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above specific areas of the body in a series of structured positions. The approach is quiet and still, allowing the nervous system to shift into a relaxed state. Many clients report sensations of warmth, gentle tingling, or deep calm throughout the session.
Reiki is commonly used as a complementary therapy to support stress reduction, improve relaxation, and enhance overall well-being. While it is not a substitute for medical care, it may be integrated alongside conventional treatments as part of a comprehensive wellness plan.
Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may be incorporated into your broader massage therapy program or scheduled as a standalone service. Our goal is to provide a safe, professional environment where you can experience restorative care grounded in both tradition and thoughtful practice.
