Manual Lymphatic Drainage MLD in

Salt Lake City

Gentle, clinical-grade MLD for lymphedema, chronic swelling, and ongoing lymphatic support.

What MLD is?

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a specialized, very light-pressure technique developed specifically to support the movement of fluid through the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system lives just under the skin, so effective MLD uses pressures most clients describe as "feather-light" — which is a feature, not a bug.

MLD is different from standard massage. It's slower, more repetitive, more specific, and more rhythmic. Most clients find the pace deeply relaxing; many fall asleep.

What a session looks like

After a focused intake on your medical history (and any lymph-node-related history in particular), I begin work at the closest functioning lymph drainage pathways and move outward. Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes depending on scope. Clients typically feel noticeably lighter afterward; some notice increased urination in the 24 hours after a session, which is normal and expected.

Pricing

Sessions from $125 / 60 minutes. 90-minute sessions available for more extensive work.
